It’s World Diabetes Day and there was only ever one choice for today’s photos!
Our photographer @hlphotographynb/ @hlorimer has been diabetic for nearly 12 years now, she recently switched from multiple daily injections to an insulin pump (thanks @omnipoduk 💙), this is life changing for Hol as the pump takes a lot of the mental weight that comes with being diabetic, far less calculation and a lighter go bag are always good! I’m beyond proud of how hard you’ve worked to get to this point and continue to do so every single day, you’re the most determined person I’ve ever met, I love you 💚💜
